Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu by 16:00 (may be slightly later depending on when the majority of people can get their flights)
Day 8 – Departure from Kathmandu at/after 22:30

Please book your flights. It’s really easy with www.trip.com! They even have an app. (If you need help booking your flights, a booking fee of 150 RMB per ticket will apply, paid directly to the booking agent. Our agent will contact you within 24 hours of registration.)
You must arrive at the arrival time of the suggested flight or slightly earlier and meet us at the airport, and leave on the suggested flight or slightly after the departure time. If your travel arrangements do not allow for this, you will have to arrange for your own transportation.
Included – 7 nights – Clean double occupancy rooms in 3 star and traditional tea houses are included in the price. Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis. If you wish to room alone, the single occupancy fee is an extra 1000 RMB per person total for 7 nights. Please note that single occupancy availability may be limited. (If needed, we can help you find someone to share. Pairings, in this case, are distributed in order of request submission. If there is an uneven number of travelers, the extra single occupancy fee may apply.)

We do not go cheap on safety… We get the best equipment and the most experienced instructors for our trips.
Transportation in Nepal, accommodation (double occupancy) , insurance, trekking permits, entrance tickets, admission fees, all meals, welcome dinner, organizing fees, one time paragliding with a professional instructor, scouting and preparations, porter to carry your stuff (10 kg per person), airport pickup and drop off in Kathmandu (with recommended flight), a Chinese/English speaking guide, local guide, a trip of a lifetime and lots of fun!!!
Does not include:
Flight to/from Kathmandu, visa fee (around 40 USD), drinks (water, alcoholic & non-alcoholic), tips, other personal expenses
PASSPORT, camera/GoPro, warm clothing for chilly nights, sunscreen, toiletries, small daypack, sunglasses, trekking sticks, water bottles (refill stations available), crampons, hiking boots, water bottle (Water bottle refill stations will be available along the trek. We ask that you don’t buy bottled water/drinks along the way if you can avoid it, since it creates extra trash.)
Note：You can bring a suitcase and leave it in the hotel in Pokhara. The porters will have large duffel bags (1 bag per 2 people) where you will put the things you need during the hike. You will have access to this in the evening at the guesthouses. Please pack lightly.

– Cancellation more than 50 days prior to the trip departure date, 100% refund (a 2.5-3% transaction fee may be deducted)
– Cancellation 50-40 days prior to the trip departure date, 70% refund
– Cancellation 39-30 days prior to the trip departure date, 50% refund
– Less than 30 days prior to the trip departure date, no refund

Where do I get my Nepali visa?
There is a Nepali consulate in Shanghai where you can get your visa within a week. Some nationalities can get their visa on arrival.
How difficult is the trek?
The trek can accommodate any level of trekker, from beginner to advanced. It is not considered a difficult trek, but a minimum level of fitness is recommended.
Is Nepal safe?
Yes, Nepal is considered a safe destination.
