19:00 – Meet at Hongkou Stadium (Metro Lines 8 and 3) Exit 3, outside – follow the music!
24:00 - Arrive at our guest house and check in
08:00 – Simple Western breakfast
08:30 – Learn and have some training about whitewater kayaking
09:00 – Start our kayaking expedition from the open water to an underground river
12:30 – Picnic
14:00 - Continue our specialized whitewater kayaking training
15:00 - Head to the rapids and start our real whitewater adventure!!!
16:00 - Arrive at our destination and head back to our guest house
17:00 - Local specialty dinner
18:00 - Bonfire party with great music and drinks
08:00 – Simple Western Breakfast
09:00 – Head over to our hiking spot and start our hiking adventure

13:30 – Head back to Shanghai

Not Included -2 nights – Clean double occupancy rooms for 130 RMB per person per night. These will be booked on a first come first served basis. If you wish to room alone,the single occupancy fee is an extra 130 RMB per person per night. Please note that single occupancy availability may be limited. (If needed, we can help you find someone to share. Pairings in this case are distributed in order of request submission. If there is an uneven number of travelers, the single occupancy may apply.)

PASSPORT, camera/GoPro, sunscreen, small day pack, water shoes/ flippers, mobile waterproof bag, towel, mosquito repellent, 3MM wetsuit*, swimsuit, goggles, flashlight/headlight, spare change of clothes, your favorite food for picnic.
Note: If your passport is in the visa office for processing, please bring the slip of paper given to you by the authorities along with a copy of your passport with you on the trip. This paper can be used for domestic travel instead of a passport.

If the traveler decides to cancel, s/he can get refund of the deposit (a small cancellation fee may apply) up to July 26 and no refund after that. What is the minimum age for this trip? Can kids join?
The trip is suitable for those who have outdoor experience, work out regularly, or have good physical coordination. The trip is suitable for those who are over 16 years old and under 55 years old.
What if the weather is bad?
Due to natural and uncontrollable factors such as weather and water level, the instructor will retain the right to reschedule the sequence of open water kayaking, whitewater kayaking, and hiking.
Due to safety issues, if you are unable to handle the kayak for physical or technical reasons during the route, the instructor reserves the right to suspend kayaking privileges.
The cost for open water and whitewater kayaking is a package price. If you cannot finish part of it for personal reasons, no refund will be made. Generally, the completion rate of white water kayaking is above 90%.
