About the retreat:
**To make the most out of this retreat, please stay silent as much as you can, refrain from using the phone, and keep talking to a minimum. If you are new to meditation you can pay attention to your respiration through your nostrils or observe your body/senses (including the sensation of eating, walking etc). Silence, this is to help you take your attention away from your busy mind.
**During free time, you can choose to explore the surrounding area on your own. There’s a lot of nature around our retreat house. Only yoga activities are compulsory. If you do not want to participate in other activities, you can choose to explore nature on your own, stay silent in your room or meditate.
