Included – 2 nights clean double occupancy. This will be booked on a first come first served basis. If you wish to room alone, the single occupancy fee is an extra 600 RMB.

Note: If your passport is in the visa office for processing, please bring the original slip of paper given to you by the authorities and a photocopy of your passport with you on the trip. This paper can be used for domestic travel instead of a passport.

Is it possible not to do the hiking part?
Yes!! No activities besides yoga are compulsory, so you can choose to spend your free time as you like!

Silence & More
**All meal time we observe noble silence and practice mindful eating, which means talking and using cellphone are not allowed. 所有的用餐时间，我们保持完全的神圣静默（禁语），手机也请禁用。
**To make the most out of this retreat, please stay silent when you can (also not using your phone). If you are new to meditation you can watch your breath coming in & going out within your nostril or observe your body sensation (including sensation of eating, walking etc) when you are in silence, this is to help you take your attention away from the busy mind.
**For free time, you can choose to explore the surrounding area on your own. There’s a lot of nature around our retreat house. All our activities besides yoga classes are not compulsory, you can choose to explore nature on your own or stay silent in your room or meditate.
**Our yoga classes will be adjusted by the instructor depends on the group. All schedules are subject to local weather and any other conditions that may occur.
