We are heading far away from city, noise, crowds, and stress and deep into the mountains to a small forgotten village for this yoga retreat. We will be staying in an amazing guest house, chilling by the swimming pool, taking walks in nature, practicing yoga, meditation, and much more!! Experience the present.

All levels are more than welcome, even first timers 🙂
Is it possible not to do the hiking part?
Yes!! No activities besides yoga are compulsory, so you can choose to spend your free time as you like!
About the retreat:
** Our activities, apart from the yoga classes, will be mostly quiet hiking/walking/meditating in the mountains. The places we will be visiting are in nature, quiet, and non-touristic.
**To make the most out of this retreat, please stay silent as much as you can, refrain from using the phone, and keep talking to minimum. If you are new to meditation you can pay attention to your respiration through your nostrils or observe your body/senses (including the sensation of eating, walking etc). Silence, this is to help you take your attention away from your busy mind.
**During free time, you can choose to explore the surrounding area on your own. There’s a lot of nature around our retreat house. Only yoga activities are compulsory. If you do not want to participate in other activities, you can choose to explore nature on your own, stay silent in your room or meditate.
** We will be staying in a small village of mostly elderly people, please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM.
