17:00 – 18:30 Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga

20:30 – 22:00 Guided mindfulness meditation with bonfire(if weather permits)

19:30 – Arrive at Shanghai (may be later than 19:30 because of holiday traffic) – drop off at the pick up place

Included – 2 nights clean double occupancy*. This will be booked on a first come first served basis. If you wish to room alone, the single occupancy fee is an extra 250 RMB. If you wish to book a single occupancy room + mountain view, it’s an extra 500 RMB. Please note that single occupancy availability may be limited.
*For double occupancy there is no mountain view, but still nature… small bamboo forest, small road but still very quiet… and occasionally a few chickens

Personal expenses, including tourism attraction entrance fee if any etc
PASSPORT, yoga mat, comfortable clothes for Yoga practice, hiking shoes, long pants and tops that cover your legs and arms (for hiking), swimming clothes in case weather is good for swimming in nature, warm clothes for chilly morning and evening, own toothbrush and paste (more environmental friendly), drinking bottle to refill water, mosquito repellent, umbrella and raincoats if needed, open mind : )
Note: If your passport is in the visa office for processing, please bring the original slip of paper given to you by the authorities and a photocopy of your passport with you on the trip. This paper can be used for domestic travel instead of a passport.

If we don’t reach the minimum of 3 people, the trip will be canceled and a full refund will apply. If we don’t reach 6 people, the train will be arranged instead of a private van and we’ll be gathering at Hongqiao Railway Station Exit D at 8:30 AM on DAY 1.

Is it possible not to do the hiking part?
Yes!! No activities besides yoga are compulsory, so you can choose to spend your free time as you like!
